Is It Safe to Fly During Pregnancy?
Is there a cut-off date past which I can't fly while pregnant?
It turns out flying isn't the problem, it's going into preterm labor and delivering in a city far away from your family, your doctors and your medical records that is.
If your pregnancy is going well, I'd say it's OK to fly up until the last month. But if you're at risk for preterm labor, I'd advise against it. You don't want to exhaust yourself traveling in the third trimester and risk preterm labor.
