Family Travel With a Toddler

I am the mother of a 1-year-old girl and will be traveling abroad on a long 15-hour flight. Just me and my baby in my lap. I have a lot of anxieties about how I will be able to manage her alone. It's a night flight though, and I hope she sleeps a few hours at least.
Any ideas how to keep the baby busy? What to pack in the carry on baggage? Do the flights provide milk or should I carry milk in bottles? It's a long flight, so won't the milk go bad?
Any other tips, ideas, experiences? Thanks.
