Cool down with this melon dessert recipe.

  • Cantaloupe or Galia melon
  • Raspberry sorbet
  • Assorted fruit

    Cut a cantaloupe or Galia melon in half.

    Scoop out melon balls; set aside.

    Allow 1 cup of raspberry sorbet to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes.

    Fill melon halves with the sorbet, melon balls, and assorted fruit (blueberries, raspberries, and kiwi).
