- 4 tlapia fillets, about 1 pound total
- 4 teaspoons prepared pesto
- Lemon juice
- Cooking spray
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Coat a small baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Place tilapia fillets in prepared baking dish. Spread each fillet with a teaspoon of the pesto.
