Frozen Fruit and Yogurt Smoothie
This frosty, fruity smoothie is a quick, tasty way to get fruit and calcium into anyone's diet. And the banana is sweet enough so no added sugar is necessary.
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 banana
- 1 cup plain yogurt (non-fat)
- 1 cup frozen berries
- Put all the ingredients in a blender in the order listed and puree until smooth.
