Breakfast Recipes: Hard Boiled Eggs

- Raw eggs, in shell
- Water
Place raw eggs in the bottom of a saucepan in a single layer.
Cover the eggs with cold water. The water should be 1-2 inches over the top of the eggs.
Place the saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high until the water boils.
Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer 10-12 more minutes.
Remove eggs from pan and place in a bowl of ice water until they have cooled completely.
