Strawberry Ginger Smoothie

Zazz up your so-so strawberry smoothie with some ginger! Not only does fresh ginger add snap to just about any recipe, but also gives a health boost: Ginger root has long been known for its healing properties, like aiding nausea and digestion problems. (Hello, pregnant women? Are you listening? Start blending!)

  • 2 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger

    Place all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.

    Add more milk, a tablespoon at a time, if mixture is too thick.

    Pour into two glasses and enjoy right away.
