Creme Brule Bagel

It's a breakfast! It's a snack! It's a dessert! And it's ready in five minutes flat! Do you need more reasons to love this?

  • 1 bagel, split in half
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp raw sugar
  • 1
    Toast bagel, spread with cream cheese.

    Cover each half of bagel with 1 tablespoon sugar.
  • 3
    Place on cookie sheet under the broiler until the sugar bubbles and turns golden brown.

    Let cool before serving because the sugar is HOT!
