Creme Brule Bagel
It's a breakfast! It's a snack! It's a dessert! And it's ready in five minutes flat! Do you need more reasons to love this?
- 1 bagel, split in half
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 tbsp raw sugar
- Toast bagel, spread with cream cheese.
- Cover each half of bagel with 1 tablespoon sugar.
- Place on cookie sheet under the broiler until the sugar bubbles and turns golden brown.
- Let cool before serving because the sugar is HOT!
