Winner's Circle Donuts

<!-- -->

Save your trips to the sugary doughnut shop for emergency bribes, and make these easy, healthier doughnuts at home!

  • For the Donuts:
  • 1 can (8 count) large size refrigerated biscuits
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • For the Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pink paste food coloring
  • 1/3 cup sprinkles
  • 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • 2
Line a cookie sheet with foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
  • 3
Press each of the 8 biscuits into a 2½-inch round. With a 1-inch round biscuit cutter, cut a hole in the center of each biscuit or cut out the dough with a donut cutter. Dip all sides of donuts into the melted butter and place 1 inch apart on prepared pan.
  • 4
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes on pan.
  • 5
To make glaze, combine all ingredients except sprinkles in a small bowl. Whisk by hand until combined.
  • 6
Dip one side of each donut into the glaze and then decorate with sprinkles. Serve immediately.
