No Worry Waffles
Excellent breakfast if you are in a hurry and want your kids happy and healthy.
- Whole grain frozen waffle ( Or homemade if you have the time)
- Fresh berries
- strawberry or vanilla ( favorite flavor) yogurt ( child size like Yo Baby)
- Toast the waffle.
- Have child help tear or cut (with plastic knife) berries and wash.
- Open yogurt and scoop onto waffle, toss on berries.
- My children are totally happy without syrup thanks to this breakfast. We vary the fruits and yogurt flavors and they love helping put it together.
