Melon Salad With Honey Lime Viniagrette

- ½ of a canteloupe, cut into ½-inch pieces
- ½ of a honeydew melon, cut into ½-inch pieces
- 3 cups watermelon, scooped into balls
- Juice of 3 limes
- 2 tbsp honey
- Zest of 1 lime
- ¼ cup chopped Macadamia nuts (optional)
Combine fruit in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey.
Toss the lime juice mixture with the fruit and top with lime zest and chopped nuts.
