Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Boring oatmeal? Not when it's a breakfast bar...just grab and go.

  • 4 cups dry oats (old-fashioned or quick cooking)
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup (shy) vegetable oil or applesauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups raisins
  • 1
    Dump all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

    Stir, by hand, just until completely moistened and combined.

    Press into a greased 13X9 casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into individual bars.
