Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Boring oatmeal? Not when it's a breakfast bar...just grab and go.
- 4 cups dry oats (old-fashioned or quick cooking)
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup (shy) vegetable oil or applesauce
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cups raisins
Dump all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Stir, by hand, just until completely moistened and combined.
Press into a greased 13X9 casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into individual bars.
