Chicken Drumsticks and Wings With Oranges and Lemons

Your kids will love eating this sticky chicken almost as much as they'll love saying "sticky chicken."
- ½ cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1½ cups freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¾ cup canned tomato sauce
- 1½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 6 chicken wings
Preheat the oven to 325°.
Put the sugar, orange juice, tomato sauce, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a pan and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Simmer for five minutes.
Spread the chicken drumsticks and wings in a roasting pan just large enough to fit them in a single layer and pour the sauce over the top.
Bake for 2 to 2½ hours, basting and turning over the pieces every now and then, until the chicken is crispy and sticky and the sauce is a thick, sticky glaze.
Serve warm, or even at room temperature.
