Chicken Tetrazzini

this is a quick & easy casserole & you can even put some veggies in

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 to 3/4 grated parmesian cheese
  • 2 tsp. white wine or cooking sherry
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • cooked chicken- can be diced rotisserie chicken or purdue short cuts
  • 4 cups (or more) cooked spaghetti
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • your favorite frozen veggie(s) peas, carrots, green beans, asperagus
  • bread crumbs
  • 1
    cook spaghetti according to package directions
  • 2
    cube chicken
  • 3
    in a bowl mix milk, wine, 1/4 cup parm. cheese, wine, onion powder, all cheddar cheese
  • 4
    drain noodles
  • 5
    mix in noodles & chicken & your veggie or choice
  • 6
    pour casserole in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish
  • 7
    sprinkle the top with bread crumbs & left over parm. cheese. You can dot with a little butter or spray with cooking spray
  • 8
    Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 25 minutes until bubbly & hot
  • you can add more noodles or chicken or veggies depending on how much sauce you like
