Chicken Tetrazzini

this is a quick & easy casserole & you can even put some veggies in
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 to 3/4 grated parmesian cheese
- 2 tsp. white wine or cooking sherry
- 1 tsp onion powder
- cooked chicken- can be diced rotisserie chicken or purdue short cuts
- 4 cups (or more) cooked spaghetti
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- your favorite frozen veggie(s) peas, carrots, green beans, asperagus
- bread crumbs
cook spaghetti according to package directions
cube chicken
in a bowl mix milk, wine, 1/4 cup parm. cheese, wine, onion powder, all cheddar cheese
drain noodles
mix in noodles & chicken & your veggie or choice
pour casserole in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish
sprinkle the top with bread crumbs & left over parm. cheese. You can dot with a little butter or spray with cooking spray
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 25 minutes until bubbly & hot

- you can add more noodles or chicken or veggies depending on how much sauce you like
