Chicken and Olives
Submitted by TheAunt

A slow-cooker meal that really only uses the slow cooker! No "pre-prep" in other pans, pots, or dishes. ULTRA EASY and FAST!
- Chicken (either one whole, cut up, or the pieces you like most). We usually use thighs, legs, and breasts.
- 1 large (or tall) jar of Manzanilla olives. Generic is fine, as these get cooked.)
- 1 can of regular (cheap is okay) beer. All alcohol is cooked off.
- 2 small cans of tomato paste.
- 1 bag of egg noodles
Place all the cleaned chicken (skin removed) into the crock pot.
Scoop out the tomato paste and put it on and around the chicken.
Pour the entire jar of olives WITH JUICE over the chicken and use a spatula to help blend the tomato paste into the juice.
Pour the entire can of beer over the chucken, and again mix it with the rest of the fluid and the olives.
Cook in slow cooker for the whole day (about 6 hours) on high. Dish is finished when the largest pieces of the chiken are cooked through.
Cook egg noodles as directed on package, and serve with chicken and olives. Some like the chicken on top, some beside. Either way, it's delicious!

- Easy and fast, there's only one pot (the slow cooker) to clean up, and even children like this dish.
