Ham and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Submitted by sahyly87

Ham and melted cheese turn chicken breasts into a delicious meal that your family will love.
- 4 chicken breasts
- Complete seasoning (I use Badia)
- Sliced ham and cheese (whatever kind you like)
- Grated Parmesan and Romano cheese
- Parsley (dried or fresh)
- Butter
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Pound chicken breasts to make them thin and roll-able.
Sprinkle both sides of the chicken with the complete seasoning.
Lay one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on top of each chicken breast.
Sprinkle each with the Parmesan and Romano cheeses and roll them up.
Place the rolled-up chicken in an oven safe container and sprinkle each with chopped parsley.
Place a small spoonful of butter on top of each chicken breast.
Put the pan in the oven and immediately lower the temperature to 350 degrees.
Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

- Add some variety by changing up the type of ham and cheeses you use.
