Pour the two cups of water into the bottom of your crockpot.
Chop the onion up and put most of it in the water.
Put the pork in and put the remaining onion bits on the top and sides of the pork.
Put about 7-8 shakes of liquid smoke on the pulled pork, then sprinkle the seasoned salt on top.
Cover. Then turn the crockpot on high for an hour.
Then turn it to low and let it cook for an additional 6-7 hours.
When you check on it take a fork and try to turn the pork, if it falls apart easily then its done.
Pull the pork apart and then add the bar-b-que sauce.
