Monkey Sundaes
If you're gonna do a banana split, for fruit's sake, do it right! Banana bread, ice cream and caramel... It's like dessert gone... well, bananas!
- One recipe Easy Banana Bread
- Banana slices
- Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
- Caramel ice cream topping
Line each bowl with slices of banana bread.
Top the bread with banana slices and a scoop of ice cream.
Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
