Feeling hot, hot, hot? Cool off with a coconut milkshake.
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
- Blend the milkshake on the highest setting until it is smooth.
- Put ice cubes in the bottom of 2 glass.
- Pour the milkshake into the glasses. Enjoy!
- Try replacing the coconut milk with mashed bananas or crushed pineapple.
