Coconut Milkshake

Feeling hot, hot, hot? Cool off with a coconut milkshake.

  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1
    Put all the ingredients into a food processor or blender.
  • 2
    Blend the milkshake on the highest setting until it is smooth.
  • 3
    Put ice cubes in the bottom of 2 glass.
  • 4
    Pour the milkshake into the glasses. Enjoy!
  • Try replacing the coconut milk with mashed bananas or crushed pineapple.
