This frosty treat is packed with so much flavor that no one will miss the fat or caffeine!
- 1 cup skim milk or vanilla soy milk
- 1½ cups chocolate non-fat frozen yogurt
- ½ cup cold, strong decaffeinated coffee or espresso
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Canned whipped cream
- Fat-free dark chocolate syrup
- Place all the ingredients except the whipped cream and chocolate syrup in a blender container, and blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into serving glasses.
- Spray whipped cream on top of each serving and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
