A sweet catch!
- 1 pkg salmon fillets
- 1 cup butter
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tbsp seasoning salt
- Melt butter, honey and seasoning salt together in microwave.
- Place salmon fillets in skillet on medium heat. Pour butter mixture over top, then flip fillets over so it gets on both sides.
- Cook until done, about 10 minutes, continually basting salmon with butter mixture.
