Pork Tenderloin

This is SO EASY, SO QUICK...and you will look like a gourmet chef...
- Pork tenderloin
- Lemon-garlic marinade
- Pepper-herb rub or crusting
Marinate pork tenderloin in marinade about 12 hours or so...or freeze it in marinade.
Cover it with Herb Crusting on both sides...
Put under BROILER for about 6 min each side. Remember, tenderloin should be A BIT PINK....

- I wait for Pork Tenderloin to go on sale in the Club Pack. Sometimes I buy it the weeks I have enough chicken/ beef in the house. It IS pricier but my family loves it, waiting for it to go on sale is a treat....
