Salmon With Mustard Butter

A simply prepared fish gets a boost from a tangy topping!
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp dried dill weed
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 (1-lb) salmon fillet
- Cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the salmon, stirring well to mix.
Coat a large baking pan with cooking spray and add salmon fillet. Brush fish with butter mixture and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
