Stuffed bell peppers

  • 4 green bell peppers
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup instant rice
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 onion chopped
  • salt, pepper, garlic minced
  • 1
    Cut tops off of peppers and remove insides boil for 10 min drain
  • 2
    Mix everything else in a large bowl and stuff pepper s with the mixture
  • 3
    Cook at 350 for 45 min-1hr
  • you can add additional spices to you likeing
