Cheesy bites with a kick!
- 10 jalapenos
- 10 oz. cream cheese
- 7-8 slices bacon
- shredded cheddar
- parmesan cheese
- Cut jalapenos in half length-wise.
- Chop bacon and mix with cream cheese,and shredded cheddar.
- Fill the halves with the mixture. Top with shredded parmesan cheese.
- Grill, bake (oven to 375 degrees) or broil until parmesan is golden.
- If you want the poppers to be a little less spicy, take out the white ribs inside the jalapenos.
