Long Life Twisty Sticks

Twist up a batch of these cheesy, pepperoni snack sticks (and don't worry about them "sticking" to your hips until next week)!
- 1 tube of pizza or breadstick dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 20 slices of pepperoni (or turkey pepperoni)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional, sub for ½ of the Mozzarella)
- ¼ cup diced scallions (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Unroll dough and cut into 12 pieces approximately 1 inch wide by 6 inches long.
Sprinkle equal amounts of cheese onto 6 pieces of dough.
Cut pepperoni into small pieces (about the size of Bacon Bits).
Sprinkle pepperoni and olives on Mozzarella or try diced scallions with Sharp Cheddar.
Place remaining 6 pieces of dough directly on top of breadsticks, carefully pinching the edges together.
Twist the breadstick several times (toppings may start to come out of breadstick which is fine).
Place breadsticks onto a cookie sheet sprayed with baking spray.
Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top of all the breadsticks.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted.
After cooling, serve with your favorite dipping sauce such as marinara or ranch.
