Grilled Maple-Dijon Pork Chops

Maple syrup adds a rich, sweet flavor while the mustard adds a tangy taste.
- 3 tbsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 4 pork chops
- Cooking spray
In a small mixing bowl, combine the mustard, syrup, and vinegar, stirring well to mix.
Add pork chops to a resealable plastic bag, coat with mustard marinade, and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
When ready to cook, coat the grill rack with cooking spray. Prepare the grill to medium-high heat.
Cook the pork chops for about 8 minutes on each side, until a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees.
