Make a smoothie that's just as tasty as a milkshake! In a blender, put 1 cup of frozen berries (blueberry and strawberry mix is best). Add 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt. Last, add 1/2 cup orange juice or strawberry-orange crystal light and mix. It's easy, fast, and full of fiber and calcium. My kids have this 1-2 times a week and always feel full.
