Chocolate-Peanut Butter Cookies

These are the easiest cookies you'll ever make! (Which, come to think of it, might also make them the most dangerous-to-your-diet cookies you'll ever make.)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar, plus extra for sprinkling
- 1 cup peanut butter and chocolate spread
- Cooking spray
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, lightly whisk together the egg and sugar.
Add the peanut butter and chocolate spread, stirring well to mix.
Chill the dough for 10 minutes.
While the dough is chilling, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Coat the bottom of a cookie sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll into 1½-inch balls. Place the balls about 2 inches apart on the cooking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, sprinkle the top of each cookie with sugar, and remove to a wire rack to cool.

- Look for the peanut butter and chocolate spread next to the regular peanut butter in your market.
