Quick cooking and a flavorful marinade makes this steak one of the tastiest ever!
- 2 limes, one juiced, one cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 1½ lbs skirt steak
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the lime juice, soy sauce and garlic. Add steak and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
- Add steak and cook 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve with lime wedges.
