Quick Skirt Steak
Wrap slices of this quick steak in tortillas or serve them over salad. Ta-da! A too-easy dinner!
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp bottled minced garlic
- 1½ lbs skirt steak
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the vinegar, soy sauce and garlic. Add steak and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
- Add steak and cook 3 minutes on each side.
