Frosty the Cheese Ball

We love a food that's as fun to make as it is to eat. And this snowman is totally hands-on—and mittens off!
- 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups grated Swiss cheese
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 1 small tub whipped cream cheese
- Black peppercorns
- Pretzel sticks
- Green onion
- Baby carrot
- Crackers and sliced apples
Combine two packages of cream cheese, grated Swiss cheese, Worcestershire sauce, chopped onion and nutmeg in a large bowl.
Using your hands, mix the ingredients until uniformly combined.
Use the cheese mixture to build a "snowman" on your serving tray. The bottom ball will be about the size of a softball.
Use a butter knife to gently spread the whipped cream cheese over your completed snowman. (You don't want him looking like he rolled around in the grass with the green onions showing!)
Use peppercorns to make coal eyes and a mouth.
Cut a small piece of carrot for his nose and give him pretzel stick arms.
Slice the green part of a green onion lengthwise to make a thin scarf and wrap it around his neck.
Serve with assorted crackers and/or apple slices.
