Cranberry Apple Cider

Take tart cranberry juice, mix it with cinnamon-y apple juice. Then warm it up, kid!

  • 4½ cups apple juice
  • 1½ cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 medium orange, cut in slices
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours.

    Remove cinnamon stick, cloves and, if desired, fruit with a slotted spoon before serving.
  • For a sweeter cider, add a few tablespoons of brown sugar to the recipe.
