Soda Shop Ham Glaze
Take a tip from the beverage industry and cut the saltiness of your ham with the sweet taste of cherry cola. (Just be sure to hide any leftover soda if you want to keep the kids decaffeinated for the holidays!)
- 1 can cherry cola
- 2 ½ cups brown sugar
- ½ cup cherry jam
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until combined.
Spoon glaze over your ham before putting it in the oven and baste periodically during cooking.
