Hummus Pita Wrap
Hummus + whole wheat pita = healthy on-the-go lunch!
- 1 whole wheat pita
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 2-3 cucumber slices
- ¼ cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tablespoon red onion, chopped
- 1 slice tomato
Toast pita in toaster.
Spread hummus over toasted pita and top with cheese and remaining vegetables.

- Add toasted pine nuts for an extra-texture crunch.
