Orange-Glazed Ham

Sweet and savory perfectly compliment smoky and salty.
- ½ cup orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 (1-lb) ham slice
- cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the marmalade, mustard and brown sugar, stirring well to mix.
Coat a baking dish with cooking spray, and place the ham slice in the dish. Pour the marmalade mixture over it, turning to coat both sides.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
