- ½ cup orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 (1-lb) ham slice
- cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the marmalade, mustard and brown sugar, stirring well to mix.
- Coat a baking dish with cooking spray, and place the ham slice in the dish. Pour the marmalade mixture over it, turning to coat both sides.
- Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
