Dessert Nachos

Serve in margarita glasses and you can't ask for a more festive dessert! (Unless, of course, there were actual margaritas in a matching set of glasses for the grown-ups...)
- 3 (6-in) flour tortillas
- Cooking spray
- 2 tbsp sugar, divided
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled, divided
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 2 cups fat free vanilla yogurt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles, lay them on a baking sheet, and coat the tortilla triangles with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, spoon 1 tablespoon of the sugar with the cinnamon, stirring well to mix; sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture over the tortilla triangles. Bake for 12 minutes, or until crisp.
Meanwhile, place the strawberries, orange juice, and remaining tablespoon of sugar in a blender container, and blend for 30 seconds, until smooth.
Into individual serving bowls, spoon ½ cup yogurt and top with strawberry sauce. Serve the cooled tortilla triangles on the side for dipping.

- This dessert is a light and fun way to finish a Mexican-inspired meal, in the summer using fresh summer strawberries and year round with an 8-ounce bag of frozen berries that have been defrosted.
