Toddler Tacos

Take dinner from a siesta to a fiesta with tasty tacos!

  • Zucchini, cut in thin sticks, sauteed
  • Broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • Chicken apple sausage, cut in rounds and sauteed
  • Ground turkey, beef or a mixture, sauteed and crumbled
  • Cooked quinoa or brown rice
  • Refried beans, organic from a can, warmed
  • Green or black olives, sliced
  • Avocado, sliced
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Cheddar or pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • Green apples, shredded, raw
  • Red or green salsa
  • Diced fresh tomato
  • Cilantro leaves, torn from the stems
  • Lime wedges
  • Plain yogurt
  • 1
    Prepare all ingredients and place in separate bowls for easy access.
