Mai Tai: For Mommies and Daddies, Only!

Invented by Trader Vic (yes, the dude with the restaurants) in 1944, "Mai Tai" means literally, "out of this world" in Tahitian. Anyone who has had a good Mai Tai will understand the moniker.
