Root Beer Shredded Pork
Pop goes the sandwich!
- 1 (2-lb) boneless pork roast
- 1 can root beer (or your favorite soda)
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
- Put the roast in the crock pot and pour soda over it. Cook on LOW for 2 hours.
- Add the barbecue sauce and cook on HIGH for 2-4 hours (typically won't hurt if you leave it in longer).
- The meat should shred easily with a fork when it is ready. Serve on sandwiches.
