- Oatmeal bread or wheat bread
- Peanut butter (optional)
- Slice the banana into small slices, very thin.
- Use about one tablespoon of the optional peanut butter to butter one side of each piece of bread.
- Layer the banana slices generously onto one of the pieces of bread, the side with peanut butter.
- Close the sandwich up and cut in halfs.
