Banana Sandwiches

These are the best little sandwiches you can make for your kids' school lunch!

  • Bananas
  • Oatmeal bread or wheat bread
  • Peanut butter (optional)
  • 1
    Slice the banana into small slices, very thin.
  • 2
    Use about one tablespoon of the optional peanut butter to butter one side of each piece of bread.
  • 3
    Layer the banana slices generously onto one of the pieces of bread, the side with peanut butter.
  • 4
    Close the sandwich up and cut in halfs.
  • Enjoy with family at snacktime, breakfast or even a healthy dessert.
