Banana Sandwiches

These are the best little sandwiches you can make for your kids' school lunch!
- Bananas
- Oatmeal bread or wheat bread
- Peanut butter (optional)
Slice the banana into small slices, very thin.
Use about one tablespoon of the optional peanut butter to butter one side of each piece of bread.
Layer the banana slices generously onto one of the pieces of bread, the side with peanut butter.
Close the sandwich up and cut in halfs.

- Enjoy with family at snacktime, breakfast or even a healthy dessert.
