Creamy potatoes with onions and peppers

  • 2 small (28 oz) bags of frozen shredded hashbrowns with the onions and peppers.
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups corn flakes and another 3 tbsp butter
  • 1
    Melt butter, mix in cream of chix, sour cream and cheese in a pan, add to hashbrowns in a 9x13 pan
  • 2
    Heat remaining 3 tbsp butter coat crushed corn flakes in butter, top potatoes with corn flakes
  • 3
    Bake at 350 for about 40 min
  • You might need more than 3 tbsp butter for the corn flakes just up to your preference, Bake for longer to brown
