Angela's Potatoes

Creamy potatoes with onions and peppers
- 2 small (28 oz) bags of frozen shredded hashbrowns with the onions and peppers.
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups corn flakes and another 3 tbsp butter
Melt butter, mix in cream of chix, sour cream and cheese in a pan, add to hashbrowns in a 9x13 pan
Heat remaining 3 tbsp butter coat crushed corn flakes in butter, top potatoes with corn flakes
Bake at 350 for about 40 min

- You might need more than 3 tbsp butter for the corn flakes just up to your preference, Bake for longer to brown
