Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
Hot dinner, cool kitchen, and plenty of leftovers. Don't you just love that slow cooker?
- 1 (4 to 5-lb) turkey breast
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- In the bottom of a 3&12;-quart or larger slow cooker, place the turkey breast. Add the broth, salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
