Turkey Barley Stew
Healthy and better than grandma's!
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 2/3 cup barley, rinsed
- 2 cups Veg-All (find it in the canned veggie aisle)
- 3 cups V8
- 1 medium potato
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- Brown turkey in large soup pot. Drain.
- Add all other ingredients. Stir well.
- Cook for 45 minutes until potatoes and barley are tender.
