Turkey Barley Stew

Healthy and better than grandma's!

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 2/3 cup barley, rinsed
  • 2 cups Veg-All (find it in the canned veggie aisle)
  • 3 cups V8
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Brown turkey in large soup pot. Drain.
  • 2
    Add all other ingredients. Stir well.
  • 3
    Cook for 45 minutes until potatoes and barley are tender.

    Enjoy!
