
Juicy Roasted Turkey Recipe

You're no gourmet chef, but you do have a few cooking tricks for special occasions. Here's one to pull out of your holiday hat: Start roasting your turkey at 450° F. After 30 minutes, drop the temperature to 350° F for the remaining cooking time. Your bird will turn out moist on the inside, crispy on the outside and holding its own against any turkey your mother-in-law's ever roasted.
