Rice With Coconut and Cardamom

Dress up your regular ol' rice with coconut and cardam'mm!

  • 3 cups cooked brown jasmine rice, warm
  • ½ cup coconut milk, full fat
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon green cardamom, ground
  • ¼ cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 1
    When rice is finished cooking but is still warm, add coconut milk, cardamom and coconut. Stir with a fork. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
