Rice With Coconut and Cardamom
Dress up your regular ol' rice with coconut and cardam'mm!
- 3 cups cooked brown jasmine rice, warm
- ½ cup coconut milk, full fat
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon green cardamom, ground
- ¼ cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
- When rice is finished cooking but is still warm, add coconut milk, cardamom and coconut. Stir with a fork. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
