Please, No More Toys!
Submitted by Christie
Dear Santa,
Please don't come to my house this year. Well, you can come but don't bring TOO much with you, pretty please.
If my kids get one more toy that they play with for five minutes and then toss I'm going to scream.
In our house, Christmas always turns into Chrismess within seconds and I'm tired of spending my days hunched over cleaning up my kids' toys. They have more than enough stuff and I wish we could just skip it all this year. Not that I'm preaching for us to get back to the "real" spirit of Christmas or any of that hooey. I just don't want more toys.
So let's make a deal. How about this year you sneak down the chimney on Christmas Eve and take some of their toys.
Thanks, big guy!
Signed,
Bah-humbug Mama
P.S.: Yeah, I know I'm to blame in this whole thing, too.
