Grandma kicks 10 & 11 year olds out from sleepover
The grandmother should have called the parents and had them come pick the kids up, not kick them out like she did! And if she had all that was going on with her husband and everything else, she should have canceled the sleepover before the kids came over! You have to be patient with kids no matter what age they are! By the way, who sleeps at sleep overs?

Jail does seem to be a little extreme, fines may have done the trick!

Yikes! I agree she should have cancelled the sleepover since she had so much going on. She definitely should have called the kids' parents. Honestly I do think making kids that young walk home in the middle of the night with freezing temps should have some legal ramifications. I'm not sure if jail is necessary, but that's not OK.

You know... I could imagine my grandparents doing the same thing when I was kid. I was a little older (12 I think) when I snuck friends over to my grandparent's house and snuck out the window to hang out in the backyard. My grandfather heard us and kicked them all out at about 1 a.m. and sent them home on their bicycles. Should she have done that? Well, no, of course not. Should she be in jail? I don't think so.
yea, i sort of feel the same way. she shouldnt have done it but then i feel like asking the parents, why havent you taught your kid to respect other people's homes?
