Featured: Confess!!!
I had cookies for breakfast this morning. Yes, these are the same cookies I made last night because I wanted cookies...but baked under the guise of doing it for the kids.
I also chose to sit up last night and watch re-runs of South Park instead of hitting the sheets with my SO. I told him I wasn't feeling well...but actually, last night I felt like laughing at the TV would be preferrable to romantic endeavors.
Have any confessions to share?

I smacked my kid around and then entered her in Toddlers and Tiaras.
Just kidding. Um. I routinely throw away my daughter's elaborate junk creations because if I did not, we would be on an episode of Hoarders.

I applique shirts on the side and I had some orders that I had to finish last night. I also get up early every morning to jog on the treadmill. When I came up this morning my H was watching TV and had not touched the dinner dishes or cleaned anything up from the kids (My in-laws had the kids last night).
So what did I do, I told him how annoyed I was and then proceeded to do everything myself after he said he would help but I was just mad.
So my confession is that I am an idiot... instead of just asking him to do it so I could shower I did it all myself so I never got a chance to shower this morning and I did all the work myself

Just read this older thread. The one regarding the french frie bag.......totally relate. Years ago, I read somewhere to use an empty broccoli bag to stash treats in the freezer. I've never done that, but have always remembered it!! I will occassionally keep some treats in my closet that's off the bathroom. Nobody questions the closed door for a few minutes to pop a nice piece of Dove or Ghillardi chocolate in your mouth. LOL! I was thinking the other night that another good place would be with out sanitary products. Nobody, including spouses, would look there!!1

I often use my "sad face" with my 3 year old to get her to share her candy with me from school parties LOL. It's horrible

Been there! I am a cookie-fanatic and some times when they cookies are done baking I tell the kids they are too hot & need to cool down but when they leave the kitchen I grab a few extra for myself. (I hate to hear them say I got more then them) but I really can't help it. LOL. I just love sweets.
I too want some "me" time and will want to watch TV alone & just laugh and relax by myself. It's just something we all need.

MiniMom, that's awesome!! :)Yesterday I was craving M&M's so I helped myself to some from one of my son's Valentine's treat bags. They're only 3 and they have plenty to "share," but still. I should just buy my own. ;)
no, you shouldn't, that's one of the perks to having kids, candy and toys!

I confess to hiding food in the freezer so my kids and husband won't find them....they never even look in there :)
AH! This relates to mine, yesterday when I went out, I went to Baskin and Robbins (it's the ice cream part of Dunkin Donuts) because I've been craving their ice cream for a LONG time and bought myself a mini ice cream cake that says "Thanks for being a Great Mom." I told the guy there that it was for my mother, lol. It's hiding in an empty bag that we used to have French Fries in!
I think I took sneaking snacks to the next level, lol.
LOL! Hey that's actually a really great idea. I confess that I went to the store and bought myself some reese's peanut butter cups and hid them up high (where my kids can't see them) and they are just all for me! Haha.

Confession: I haven't tried to eat healthy for this pregnancy at all. Makes me feel bad, but I just can't eat all that healthy stuff. I'd rather eat greasy and junk food!

mmm..... grilled cheese. I guess my other confession is that while I am away on my girl's trip I am not watching what I eat and I am really going to try to find someplace that makes grilled cheese :) I really miss grilled cheese... and bread

Mm, grilled cheese on sourdough looks good to me!My confession: I've been working on potty training my twins, and I totally give myself a reward (a chocolate chip or a marshmallow) when I use the restroom "to give them added incentive." Sure, that's why. ;)

I made Jeff get up with Emma each time last night because I could not get out of bed. I feel bad because he had to go to work today, but I wouldn't have been able to be awake all day if I didn't sleep last night.

I made myself TWO big grilled cheese on sourdough sandwiches for dinner last night, because I had dinner alone (SO was at a city meeting).
