How do you fix your daughter's hair?
Sometimes I feel like I do the same ole thing with my girls' hair each day so I am looking for some more inspiration! How do you fix your daughter's hair? Have any neat websites with different styles or tips that you'd like to share?

I don't do too much right now because her hair is so fine but I love Pinterest for all of the ideas!

The only way my daughter will wear her hair is in piggy tails. I used to try and try and try to do different things but she hated it. So I decided as long as it was out of her face piggy tails were just great and super cute. But those websites have great ideas.

I love this lady's videos. I use them on my 3 nieces all the time. She super informative and very easy to follow. Just waiting till my DD (22 m/0) as enough hair to play with. :-P
* You can find her on You Tube too.

If you have Pinterest, there are tons of ideas on there, you just have to look for them. That is how I found the ones that I already listed so far.

My daughter was born in Ethiopia so I get to do lots of fun stuff with her hair. I like to play with a lot of different styles and I have a few sites that I use....vanilla girl chocolate hair and happy girl hair and kandylandkurls. It has taken a lot of practice and experimenting, but I think I have it down now and I get lots of compliments on her hair :)

I love doing Amelia's hair!!! I very rarely just do a ponytail or braids. I get alot of ideas from pinterest but some days I just play with it until I get something cute and different. My favorite right now is doing four braids, two starting from the nape of her neck and coming half way up and two coming from the top and meeting them in the middle, then I make them into two ponytails and braid those. My daughter has had to learn extreme patience when I do her hair because I play with it ALL the time.
Here is the link to another one that I love: http://shedoeshair.blogspot.com/2008/06/this-is-what-its-all-about.html
And this blog has some really cute ideas, I go here the most: http://www.princesshairstyles.com/2009/05/french-braids-with-flair.html
Hope this helps.

I don't have a girl but for the little girls i used to baby-sit for, I would often do two French braids or even two braids crossed over the top of their head. I love the crown braid pp mentioned, too.

I look at the goth, emo or anime teens for inspiration for my daughters hair. They do such cute, creative things with their hair and they are fun for little ones. I do tone it down some. I am considering chalk dyeing her hair but havent yet.
A couple of styles that are super simple that she seems to love are panda ears and koala ears, basically the same sort of style, two buns on the top of her head, like ears. The panda ears are neater and round, the koala ears have little tufts coming out.
Braids are also very in right now, I keep seeing the crown braid out and about, I am not great at it but there are tons of videos showing different sorts of braids and techniques on youtube. I do like to do a part far on the side and do a braid over/across the front, I then throw a few random tiny braids in her hair and leave it mostly down and messy.
I will try and post a pic later, she is not in a cooperative mood right now.
